The property featured a heritage villa from the 1900s, with space for a modern extension at the rear of the site. The modern extension seamlessly blends the classic villa with sleek, modern architecture.
We completed a comprehensive renovation, rewiring and fitting out the original heritage villa, and integrating it with the new extension. This included installing power, lighting, solar and home automation systems.
This project presented unique challenges due to its scale and the need to seamlessly merge old and new. To achieve the desired outcome, precise work was essential. We worked closely with the client to understand their specific needs, including power placement, and collaborated with a leading lighting designer to ensure optimal lighting design.
