An excellent experience from start to finish. Price quoted was fair with an itemised breakdown of costs provided. There was clear and timely communication across the duration of the job, with follow up questions being addressed and supported too. The Firstpoint team were patient and supportive with the week long job to replace an old board, remove old lights (and hang new ones at a discounted price) in a 1960s house that had a few challenges along the way, and - the list of “to dos” grew for a very precise customer! Highly recommended.
