A full renovation in Epsom, with the owners remaining on-site
Lewin Road, Epsom – a 5-bedroom renovation project we completed in partnership with Skeates Building Co.
This comprehensive renovation added a new extension at the rear, featuring a modern kitchen and dining area. The project included a switchboard upgrade, new wiring, LED lighting throughout, and a Daikin ducted heat pump system integrated across both the old and new sections.
With the owners residing on-site throughout the entire renovation, we seamlessly integrated their daily routines into the renovation schedule. We ensured uninterrupted essential services like hot water, lighting, and appliances remained operational, minimising disruptions to their daily life.
The result was a very happy client who, after over 20 years of living at the property, finally had their dream home!
