Remuera Refurbishment Experts: Indoor and Outdoor
The owners wanted to revamp their outdoor area, so we installed lighting around the new swimming pool and extensive Hunza landscape lighting throughout the rest of the property. We then moved indoors and wired up a new, state-of-the-art media room on the lower level.
This project presented several challenges, including working with a mix of low-voltage and 240V cabling , as well as concealing the cabling for a seamless finish. To overcome these challenges, we engaged in extensive planning sessions and collaborated closely with other contractors to ensure all cabling and piping were strategically placed before concrete pouring and final construction. This meticulous approach allowed us to achieve a flawless aesthetic while maintaining accessibility for future servicing.
The owners were delighted with the outcome, and the renovation significantly added value to the property.
