A stunning North Shore renovation delivered on budget
At Albert Street in Devonport, the owners of this 1900s villa opted for an ambitious solution, excavating underneath the existing home to create additional space and seamlessly integrating a modern extension
We handled all electrical work for the project, rewiring the heritage villa and wiring the new extension, including a switchboard / meter box upgrade. The final touches included stunning LED strip lighting in the kitchen, elegant pendants in the hallway and bedrooms and sensor activated tread lighting on the staircase.
Despite a strict budget, we met the challenge of delivering the vision to a high standard without overstretching. The owners were delighted with the outcome.
