Millbrook Road, Henderson: we completed a stunning new build rental property for an owner expanding their investment portfolio.
The site already boasted two rental properties, but with space for one more, we worked with the owner to bring the vision to life. Before construction could begin, we tackled the complex task of relocating existing overhead power and communication lines that occupied the new property’s footprint. This involved close collaboration with Chorus and Vector to safely reroute the cabling underground, creating a clear site for the new dwelling.
We worked closely with the client to develop a tailored electrical plan, then expertly executed the fit-out, installing new wiring, switchboard, power points, lighting, and a heat pump.
The project was delivered within budget, a key consideration for the investment property, while maintaining a high standard of workmanship that ensured the owner had a rental property to be very proud of.
